Linda was born on Long Island, New York. Her mother owned her own business as a floral designer and her father owned an interior design firm Meyer Tack and CO., in Brooklyn, NY. Her mother did floral design work for the Waldorf Astoria, The Plaza Hotel, and other prestigious clients in New York. Her father's design firm had a showroom with a drapery workroom, an antique store, sold accessories, carpeting, flooring, designed Asian, traditional, and contemporary furniture and used exquisite veneers on the custom designs in the studio for sale and for clients.
With a combination of her parent's creative influences and fine arts and design education Linda started her own design firm twenty-five years ago. She has been fortunate enough to serve client's needs with custom design services and consultation using the knowledge she has gained from the study of the finest trade magazines, traveling to twenty-five different countries, and staying at five-star resorts which has afforded her the opportunity to study from the best. This has contributed to the founding of A Grand Eye Interiors, LLC. and her first company LS duNann & Associates
Linda is sincerely grateful to the wonderful clients she has worked with over the years working on projects to fulfill their vision. She enjoys combining the use of different periods of furnishing, cultural pieces, accessories, and beautiful natural fabrics to add interest and share the unexpected in fine design.
